Back to School for ARI

Another first: ARI has been hired by an Ontario school board to complete full architectural surveys of a number of their properties, starting with a 200,000 sq.ft. high school project near Toronto. This is part of their capital planning initiative to audit the equipment and systems in each school. We're tasked with completing accurate as-builts that include all plumbing fixtures, gas lines, electrical panels, lockers, and other building hardware.

Capital planning initiatives such as this are critical for any institution or business to budget properly for building maintenance, management, purchasing, and potential expansion. The more detailed the survey, the better the value: we can catalog and audit anything. And not just the buildings themselves, but what's inside as well: furniture, equipment, electronics, appliances... you name it.
