Project Highlight: Port Cunnington Resort

Our largest 360° project yet: the gorgeous Port Cunnington Resort. This Muskoka paradise is 22-acres of cottages and lodges located on the Lake of Bays in Ontario prime cottage country. For generations, vacationers have been drawn to Port Cunnington Lodge, where they could escape the noise and stress of city life to relax, unwind and enjoy their warm hospitality and the glorious natural beauty of Muskoka, Ontario, and the crystal clear waters of the lake.

We are photographing every room in every cottage and unit, plus the roads, trails, beaches, docks, lawns, common areas and amenities. When it's done there will be hundreds of photos to allow viewers to walk through the entire resort.

We've rigged the Ricoh Theta camera to 'ARI1' (my Jeep Wrangler) for the road photography. This is ARI resourcefulness at it's finest. Google Streetview car, eat your heart out!

There are 27 cottages and units to choose from at Port Cunnington, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to spacious 5-bedroom chalets. A historic boathouse provides a quaint backdrop to weddings on the docks or beach. The lodge has a well-appointed dining hall and facilities. Tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, conference rooms and excellent swimming round off the attractions that this resort has to offer.

A claim to fame: for the 36th G8 Summit that was held in neighbouring Huntsville in 2010, Port Cunnington served as the base of operations for the White House! Well done.
