Full architectural as-builts include the systems that power, heat, ventilate and supply water to the building surveyed.  Or at least they should.  Don't send engineers and contractors to a site when one site visit will do.  ARI gathers all building system information accurately.  We map out ductwork.  We locate water supply and water meters.  We document electrical equipment.  We inspect RTU's.
