First Revit Project!

An ARI milestone: we recently had our first Revit survey, for our first Architectural firm client! The project is an expansion of a 34,000 sq.ft., 58-room retirement home. Our client (who works solely in Revit 2015) required an as-built model to work with, as there were no accurate drawings of the building. The challenge was to execute the survey as quickly as possible while in each room, so as to not disturb or upset the residents. Each room was verified to within 15 millimeters accuracy, including doors, windows, ceiling heights, and photos, all within less than 4 minutes per room.
